  We checked in yesterday June 24, 2017 and are staying for 3 nites. This is about 3 days after a big tropical storm hit the gulf Coast. Jennifer, the manager checked us in, and she is a very nice lady. Me and my 30 yr old nephew's (all professionsls in the tech area) were all saying how lucky we were to have found such a nice place. Very clean, including bathrooms, beds, kitchen. They have a nice charcoal grill area with picnic tables, we ate inside cause they arn't used to the heat and humidity being from Detroit and Cleveland. It's property needs tenants that respect the quality that you will get there. Beds were also comfortable. This was a special trip for us. I took them on a 2-day yellowfin tuna charter out of Cypress Cove Marina. I highly recommend this place. Please respect the property for future guests.
